Ascot Announces Appointment of Shanelle Burke as U.S. Chief Financial Officer
NEW YORK, NEW YORK – March 12, 2026 – Ascot announced today the appointment of Shanelle Burke as U.S. Chief Financial Officer.
In this role, Shanelle will join the Ascot U.S. leadership team, overseeing finance operations, strategy, capital management, regulatory engagement, and enterprise decision support.
Shanelle joined Ascot in June 2020 as U.S. Controller and brings more than two decades of insurance industry experience to the role, including finance leadership roles at Markel, Alterra USA and KPMG.
“Since joining the company six years ago, Shanelle has been instrumental in helping Ascot scale with discipline and clarity, strengthening our finance capabilities alongside the business.
