Ascot Appoints Tracy O’Hara to Deputy Chief Underwriting Officer for U.S. Financial & Professional Lines
Ascot announced today the appointment of Tracy O’Hara to Deputy Chief Underwriting Officer, U.S. Financial & Professional Lines, reporting to Jesse Paulson, Ascot U.S. Chief Underwriting Officer.
In this newly created role, Tracy will work closely with relevant business leaders in the planning and execution of underwriting strategies, governance and risk selection to drive profitable growth across the company’s Financial Lines business.
Tracy joined Ascot in 2019 as Senior Vice President, Cyber and Professional Liability where she was pivotal in helping drive the launch and growth of Ascot’s Cyber, E&O and Media products. Prior to joining Ascot, Tracy served as Vice President, E&O Underwriting Manager at Axis and spent more than 16 years at Chubb in roles of increasing responsibility in the Professional and Management Liability underwriting space.
