Ascot Appoints Christopher McKeon to Lead New Middle Market Loss Sensitive Casualty Segment
Ascot announced today the appointment of Christopher McKeon to lead the company’s new U.S. Middle Market Loss Sensitive Casualty segment, reporting to David Zimmerman, Executive Vice President, Primary Casualty. Chris will be responsible for developing strategic and tactical initiatives to drive a profitable loss sensitive Middle Market Primary Casualty strategy, including oversight of product expansion, distribution management, and operational efficiency enhancements.
Expansion in the Middle Market segment is core to the company’s U.S. growth plans within their Primary Casualty offering, overseen by David Zimmerman, to meet the needs of its medium-sized commercial clients. The initiative will harness the depth of Ascot’s existing products, coupled with Chris’ deep knowledge in the space, to provide loss sensitive products to this growing segment of U.S. companies.
Chris joins Ascot from Everest, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Casualty & Risk Management, leading primary casualty underwriting operations focused on middle market and large multinational clients.
